Ever Close: Write Back Companion A gentle space to respond, reflect, or simply be heard. After receiving your Ever Close letter, this optional session offers a quiet, supportive space to explore what the letter stirred and what you may want to express in return. There is no right way to respond. Words are welcome. Silence is welcome too. This experience is guided with care, presence, and compassion. How This Works Choose how you’d like to share You may: Write a letter in your own time and submit it Talk through your thoughts by phone or video Share by email Or choose not to speak or write at all, and simply reflect There is no right way to engage. Guided support If you choose to share, you’ll be met with attentive presence and gentle guidance. This space is about honoring what’s present, not finding perfect words. Optional written response Afterward, you may choose whether you’d like a thoughtful written response from Ever Close. This can be selected as an add-on and may be delivered digitally or by mail. Nothing is required beyond what feels comfortable to you.

Write Back Experience Booking Policy The Write Back Experience is a reflective support service intended to offer comfort, clarity, and gentle guidance through writing and conversation. This session invites you to share a letter or thoughts you’ve written in response to your Ever Close letter, or to speak about what you’re holding. You may choose to engage by phone, video, email, or written submission only. If you select a written response, Ever Close will offer a thoughtful, intuitive reflection inspired by themes of love, memory, and connection. Responses are written with care and imagination, but are not presented as messages from, or communications with, a specific loved one. This service is not therapy, counseling, or mediumship, and does not replace professional mental health or spiritual care. Non-refundable Fee: The $44 fee is non-refundable and reserves your personalized session time. Process: You will send your written letter prior to the session or as instructed. I will respond based on intuitive insight during or after the consultation. Write a letter in your own time and submit it 1. By email: founder@evercloseletters.com 2. Using the 'Contact Us' page on our website. Delivery Options: Your response can be delivered via email or traditional mail, according to your preference. Scheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your consultation.
