1. Purpose & Intent

All letters, messages, and packages from Ever Close are created with intention, care, and spiritual guidance. They are offered for entertainment, inspiration, and emotional comfort only and should not be used as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Use Your Discernment

Messages are unique and open to interpretation. Ever Close is not responsible for how a message is received, interpreted, or acted upon. Please take what resonates and leave what does not.

3. Tone & Expression

Messages may include intuitive or spiritual content. Ever Close is not liable for any disagreement, discomfort, or emotional response that may arise.

4. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. Customized letters and packages cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Ever Close values your privacy. Information shared for letters or packages is used solely to create your personalized message. Personal details are never sold or publicly shared.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Ever Close offers digital letters via email and in-person delivery within approved areas only.

We do not ship internationally, and certain locations may be restricted for safety reasons.

Delivery times may vary; estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Photographs of each letter and package are taken prior to delivery for documentation and quality assurance.

7. Gift Purchases & Recipient Consent

🌙 If you are purchasing an Ever Close package as a gift, you (the purchaser) are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is aware of and comfortable receiving it. Ever Close does not assume responsibility if the recipient did not consent to or expect the delivery.

🌙 We encourage all gift purchasers to communicate clearly with their recipients about the purpose and nature of Ever Close packages, as they may contain emotionally sensitive material.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Ever Close is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during delivery.

8. Hours of Operation

Hours may vary based on availability and order volume. Standard hours are typically Monday–Friday, 4 PM–10 PM (EST), but these are subject to change without notice.

9. Refusal of Service

Ever Close may refuse, cancel, or postpone an order for reasons including:

  • Unsafe delivery conditions

  • Inappropriate content requests

  • Suspected misuse of services

10. Communication & Boundaries

Messages are intended as one-time communications. Follow-up correspondence is considered a new service and must be purchased separately.

11. Spiritual Content

Some messages may include intuitive guidance, symbols, or spiritual references. These are interpretive in nature and not guaranteed communication with any entity.

12. Emotional Readiness

By using our services, you acknowledge you are emotionally prepared for the messages you receive. Ever Close is not responsible for emotional distress.

13. Age Requirement

Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. Minors may use services only with parental or guardian consent.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, imagery, branding, and letters are owned by Ever Close. These may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

15. Product Imagery & Presentation

Website and social media images are for illustrative purposes only. Exact letter or package appearance may vary.

16. Accidental Errors & Good Faith Efforts

Mistakes may occur (e.g., sending a message to the wrong recipient). Ever Close will make reasonable efforts to correct errors, but cannot be held legally liable.

17. Allergies & Ingredients

Packages may contain flowers or other natural materials. Ever Close may not know all allergens. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

18. Religious & Cultural Sensitivity

Messages and materials are intended for inspiration and comfort, not to challenge or offend any faith or culture. Ever Close is not responsible for perceived offense.

19. Property Damage Disclaimer

Ever Close is not responsible for any property damage that may occur during delivery or handling of products.

20. Wix Payments & Payment Security

  • All payments are processed through Wix Payments, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

  • Ever Close does not store or have access to credit card information.

21. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks through your bank or card issuer. Any concerns should be addressed directly with Ever Close.

22. Limitation of Liability

Ever Close is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including emotional or psychological distress. Engagement with our services is voluntary and at your discretion.

23. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Detroit, Michigan.

24. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full effect.

25. Changes to Terms

Ever Close reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

26. Acknowledgement​

By using Ever Close’s website, services, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms outlined above.

27. Companion Contact Disclaimer

Companion Contact (formerly “Companion Call”) may be offered with select Ever Close packages and can take place by phone call, text message, or email, at the discretion of Ever Close. The chosen contact method will depend on scheduling, timing, and delivery convenience.

🌙 Up to two contact attempts may be made. Ever Close is not required to leave a voicemail or follow-up message.

🌙 There is no guaranteed timeline for when contact will occur, even if attempts are made within the recommended days.

🌙 Ever Close cannot guarantee that the recipient will answer, open, or receive the message. There is no proof of receipt or delivery.

By purchasing a package with a Companion Contact, you acknowledge and accept that Ever Close determines the contact method and is not responsible for missed calls, unopened texts or emails, unreceived communication, or timing of delivery.


Companion Calls are optional phone consultations offered with select Ever Close packages. These calls may include up to two attempts to contact the recipient, but Ever Close is not required to leave a voicemail. There is no guaranteed timeline for when the call will be received, even if attempts are made within the recommended days. Ever Close cannot guarantee that the recipient will answer or receive the call, and there is no proof of receipt or delivery. By purchasing a package with a Companion Call, you acknowledge and accept that Ever Close is not responsible for missed calls, unreceived communication, or timing of the call.
