    • In the rare case of an incomplete order or mistake, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, but letters themselves cannot be replaced or reproduced.

    • Digital Letters: Delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your email to ensure your message arrives safely.       • Shipped via USPS within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

      • Local Delivery: Available within 15 miles of Detroit, MI. For locations outside this radius, please contact us for options and pricing.
