    • In the rare case of an incomplete order or mistake, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, but letters themselves cannot be replaced or reproduced.

  • Delivery Methods:

    • Digital Letters: Delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your email to ensure your message arrives safely. While we take every precaution to deliver your letter promptly, Ever Close is not responsible for emails that are lost, blocked, or sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. A digital confirmation of sending may be provided upon request.

    • Physical Letters & Packages (Palm Stone Letter, Blooming 444, etc.):

      • Shipped via USPS within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

      • Local Delivery: Available within 15 miles of Detroit, MI. For locations outside this radius, please contact us for options and pricing.
